Yes residential can apply any biz package.. use authorized re-sellers they can arrange for you. I think online cannot. Not sure tho.

enuff what 14 free channel? what for i must have sport channel, movie, drama, cartoon, music, premiere...
i only watch 2, buletin utama & smackdown. my wife only watch news & vampire diaries. my kids watch tv9 daily 2pm to 6pm. no need to give them those nick jr, cbebbies. if from astro, i wont let them watch cn, nick, disney. on air 24/7 dude. they would not come out and play at playground or go reading books when watching cartoon. not good for health

btw, just wanna have clearer channel on my tv set rather than use cheappo antenna previously (very annoying too. when change channel, antenna need to change direction ). internet & phone definitely used always

Damn it, my Unifi just installed less than 24 hours, the BTU started showing red light at the optical indicator. What a downer.

I just realise I am being charged for the STB replacement for RM450 when I receive my bill. When I check their website only I realise, customer is going to bear for the cost and "on site replacement" which is another RM50. Can I just return the STB unit and refund the RM450? Anyone experienced this before?

hey guys, i just got my unifi and i want to ask. why my d-link modem stuck in the 'changing is taking effect' page so long after i changed my password or what so ever? the page just didnt change back to the main menu. how ah?
