I believe some of you might have faced the same situation here.

Subscribed to Unifi VIP5 thru a telemarketer call. The telemarketer promised 1st month bill will be waived. Got the customer order sent to my mailbox.

I installed and activated Unifi on 26 Nov and the 1st month usage is charged. Called to TM customer service and the CS said the 1st month bill FOC T&C must be stated in the customer order in order for it to valid (Which now I noticed the 1st month FOC promo is not stated there).

To me this is just their excuse as the installation fees (RM200) also not stated as FOC in my customer order but I am not charged for that.

Currently Im using DIR-615, the Admin ID is without password. How do I change the password?

I saw there is something about the parental control, is this really available for VIP5 user to restrict access to certain sites?
