but if i turn off eveyrthing and let IPTV on then i can view it.

yes they installed unifi today.
when he at here the IPTV is ok but now is not OK. weird.
yes even customer service also said strange but they said my account is not activated as the installation date should be 10th jan 2012. and not by today.

yes i only can view 1 channel. when technician at my hse he can showed me many channels even VOB.

Another thing... I tried calling to TouchNGo and few other corporate numbers (Start with 03-XXXX) and I got charged. I'm still not sure on this but calling to home numbers (your friend, your family/relatives and so on) should be free. Tested for 1 year

O, just noticed another thing. If u want to watch ntv7/8tv, its much nicer to watch via hypptv than Astro ..

i only can watch channel 150 only.
i`m cant switch to other channel.
dont know what happen to STB.
its seems like the remote control not functioning.
but i can press number access network diagnostic .
but even turn off STB using remote also cannot.

for me apply online from TM website just took 5 days after registration and installation just took 1 hour for condo.

1. via unifi centre hotline 1300-88-1222(SALES)
2. via unifi agent near your place

how about via online. saw it got free one month subscription~~~
