now after my e1762(FW 11.126.08.03.74) is connected via MR3420 via Lan Cable, then i unplug the cable and wifi is still working and this explains why our fren KKW took ages to get connected via e1762+MR3420, maybe his e1762 FW is same as mine.

any users here managed to connect MR3420 with e1762 ( FW 11.126.10.00.00) if u hav not upgraded to this FW, pls dun upgrade it cause IT MIGHT NOT WORK WITH MR3420, cause it was proven by me and Fruitie tat it cannot work with HW550 sweat.gif  doh.gif

It happen when I plug the modem to extended USB.
I don't have any problem when direct plug into the router. smile.gif
Seem I need downgrade see whether the signal got improve or not tongue.gif

Guys, I managed to revive my own modem + router. Wanna know how? rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif

The culprit is the RSA (modem) vs NDIS. I discovered that accidentally. Then switched it to RSA (modem) and plugged to my router. Working like charm now. rclxms.gif

I self-proclaimed a female troubleshooter. tongue.gif

Yes, for Aztech HW550-3G, it is very sensitive. Must select RSA (modem) on the dashboard before plugging to router. I believe in the old dashboard, such selection doesn't exist? I'm not sure as I didn't pay attention to little detail like this. Unfortunately, this teaches me a huge lesson. Next time even the smallest detail also cannot let go. tongue.gif
