@Novelty Keycap buyer.
Bah, i'm getting pissed off with Novelty keycaps, always kept asking me to tell members to bankin and bankin, wth man.

Tsangan has taken over, but price listed are not the same.
Jolly Roger 1.73, not 1.40. some of you guys that purchase jollyroger might have to receive some pm soon. =_=
Each jolly roger add RM1.

I already done full payment to him. so people here can have more flexible time at paying me the extras.

There's no such thing as Best mechanical keyboard, For the switch, please thru the first page to understand the switch first, then, have any chance to go Kuala Lumpur, please go to Lowyat for trying out the keyboard there, so you can feel the key being press.

So, the most expensive production mechanical keyboard is the Realforce. It is some sort of rubber dome switch like your ordinary keyboard, but much smoother, much well made.
The different going from a rubber dome is quite subtle, takes a while of getting used to. At first it feels like nothing, but after the domes are worn in, the fun starts.

If you prefer an immediate difference, then go for cherry mx switches.
The better ones are the Leopold and FILCO brands.
For leopold, look for cyclonechuah.
For FILCO, CEX or Moderno have them. Full list of available products are available at the Diatec website, or CEX's sales thread.

As to the switch type, it depends on personal peference, but most people start with Cherry MX Browns.
To test them out
MX Black -> SS6G/7G
MX Blue -> Razer BW/BWU
MX Brown -> Ask for FILCO/Ducky for testing
MX Red -> Can't test, only Leopolds in stock at the moment

Be Nice. Don't recommend that overpriced keyboard. It's just for looks. Can find a keyboard with the same switch for 100 times less than the selling price.

Anyway, for the o-rings, Taobao should have. Not sure about the pricing.
Malaysian suppliers should exist, but need some googling skills to dig them out.

Nah, i won't be recommend that, just saying for fun biggrin.gif btw, RM6,XXX per keyboard. it is crazily overpriced.
For the best Mechanical Keyboard, well.. i can only think of "Industrial Type Mechanical Keyboard" which we end users can't buy. They are fully programmable and comes with variety of options. something like Tipro. (not Topre, it is "TIPRO" )

Best is base on personal taste, we can't claim the best keyboard, Only user know which are best for themselves.

Yes, for the O-rings i do find on Taobao, searching "塑胶圈" or "O型圈" or "EPDM" something like that.
Btw, Oil and Lubricant same or not the same? Lubricant is a type of oil? need to confirm this because i readed some website claiming that EPDM are not very good with oil.

The size we are finding are this
QUOTE
O-Ring AS568 -008
Inside Diameter : 3/16
Outer Diameter : 5/16

For Malaysia Suppliers, yes, they do existed, but the problem is most of the suppliers are do not have a proper website, or don't even have a website at all.

Finally able to source some Buna-N (NBR )50A O-rings, in large quantity.
OD: 8mm Thickness: 1.5mm
They should arrive next week.

Since I am not allowed to advertise, do not post anything about you-know-what. I'll make a sales thread when it arrives.

I'm surprised you can post with such a short message. tongue.gif

Source is from China. Compared to US source, they are definitely cheaper.
That's all I can say for now. Other details will leave it when it comes, and also that sales thread that I will setup.

There are forum rules against posting short messages and such.
I guess I am just too anal about it.

FYi

BS-008 is US standard
Inner Diameter : 4.76mm
Outder Diameter : 7.937mm
Thickness : 1.58mm

Some websites mentioned the BS-008 by:
Inner Diameter :4.47mm
Outer Diameter:8.03mm
Thickness 1.78mm

China standard is:
Outer diameter - 8mm
Inner diamaeter - 5mm
thickness - 1.5mm

I don't think that should affect the feel much, but we'll see.

i'll try to source from USA, while they are more expensive, but hopefully we can compare with them. i mean China Standard and US Standard.

And yes, compare to China, US are gonna be more expensive, i'm mostly going for Silicon or EPDM or Nitrile.

heavily depends on price.(god damnit, they are significantly more expensive than china.)
