For me, most important is the switches as you going to use it for-ever unless you want to buy new keyboard...
next is layout, i wonder why no one talks about layout here... for your information, the SS 6Gv2 the layout is not US ASCII, even though the layout is US, the enter key is "BIGASS" and the right shift is shorter.... and the SS 7G, the backspace is the short one.... which makes touch typing abit pain if you're already getting used to the normal US ASCII layout with long backspace, long enter and long right shift....

Feel like to get a RAPOO V7 and mod them into cherry switch, not sure if possible.
For others out there, you can always use AutoHotKey to remap the layout as you desire.
