Mx blue... well if they still share the same old fate like the earlier BW, it's a problematic product with nice appearance |

QUOTE(C-Note @ Feb 16 2012, 11:17 PM) so is RM420 considered cheap? I don't really need the light coz ..well..who doesn't know where the keys are lol..and i don't use PC when the lights are out...bad for eyes wei Not to say it neither cheap or expensive because Corsair and Filco are more expensive than Ducky's. It would be average for a high quality mech keyboard. |

If you wanna play FPS on blue switch, they are kinda ok since you do not need to mash up the button Hopefully this BW ME3 better then their previous BW lineup all in all , you need to try blue switch keyboard yourself before buying one since they are really different from black switch. |

QUOTE(ZeneticX @ Feb 16 2012, 11:38 PM) QUOTE(rurushu @ Feb 17 2012, 12:17 AM) Yea, today go lingering at digital mall, AllIT selling Thermaltake mice and keyboards, the G1 is RM599.... i think it's a Mionix rebranded.... and at that insane price, then there's the smaller compact edition (the layout that Human10 wanted), but with an big-Ass enter key, that one also need RM449 if not mistaken... so it is major ripoff of us locals.... Yup, and it existed even far b4 it's brother/clone(namely WASD, Mionix Zibal 60 and Ozone Strike). Since they had the same appearance and probably from the same "mother", their quality should be about the same, which is quite decent. The cheapest among them should be Ozone Strike(only available from Taiwan store from what I saw so far), around RM 270 b4 ship(the only different should be lack of wrist rest(can be get from WASD though, LOL) like TT Meka G1 got).Yup, those prices are indeed insane + ultimate form of ripoff, almost 2x the price of what it being sold at Taiwan(armygroup and inpad). For the 90% TT Meka, I doubt if it is from Costar OEM too as it's lookalike/clone(IRock 6230) is made in China, details can go the below link to check out(in Chinese though): Compilation of most known Mech KB and their OEM/Manufacturers |

QUOTE(angeluslee @ Feb 16 2012, 02:51 PM) YUPE jehehehe......lucky ler lol. actually there is something more about the drama here, will let you know tonight with some picture. will make the long story short later. I off work 4.00 so after get back then I update you all. I suspect this is a stolen one, since you say it look new and even smell new, Updated: Yes all check it already he is really serious now typing on SteelSeries 6GV2. The keyboard still look new & smell new look awesome without any scratch & dust on it so does the BAG. 1. My story is, TS send the keyboard to me first without me pay him anything since I don't trust him due to the item selling cheap you all know right how much this keyboard price+this include BAG huh 2. Before this I did asked for Bro. lucidlts to do COD for me but he can't due to different area. Then after that I asked for Bro. Apis_Lualua at first he agreed but until the next day when TS want to COD at Pappa Rich @ Gardens at 12.30pm Bro Apis can't make it since he only COD during night day so I ask Bro. Apis discuss with TS at the end I think TS can't COD with Bro. Apis mention time since TS has a busy schedule. so COD deal is cancel. So that brought to the first story up there yeah. Now just waiting for Bro. lucidlts Pre.Order the PLU-ML87 Blue switch from him. does it come with receipt? or box? and the ps/2 convertor? instruction manual? if his friend ask him to sell, it should have the box and receipt. if not it might be stolen stuff, you should investigate this, imagine the one who lost this item, he sure very sad. suggest you ask the seller does he have receipt? or box? and the ps/2 convertor? instruction manual? if he say no, he might be a thief. you can check the serial number on the keyboard, and try to ask steelseries local distributor who bought this keyboard, they should have record for warranty purpose, and tell them you suspect that this is a stolen keyboard and try to get the contact of the original owner, then let him know you buy this keyboard from this guy, and ask him should he wan to report to police. |

The seller claimed that the keyboard is a gift from some contest in Singapore last time, thus it probably won't had any record with local distributor. Also, the organizer also had rebranded it(printing those "AVA" prints) it and thus even more not necessarily for it to come with all of it's content. AFAIK, it is quite normal for organizer to print their prizes and doesn't give exactly the whole content. The keyboard also arrived quite new or even unused. It is not likely for the owner for not using it completely, except it hold no uses for him and he planned to sell it. Last but not the least, not much people in Malaysia actually know the value of "a black and plain-looking mechanical keyboard"... I put my bet that this isn't a stolen stuff. just hope you are right about it,
but even a prize of a contest should come in a box right? at least the instruction manual are in it? if he who won a contest for a keyboard he would know the value of a 6gv2 no less... "his friend" asking him to sell it for how much? 90? why he can suddenly raise the price to 150? From time to time in my fren's shop, ppl are bringing in this sort of "suspicious" item, like cell phone, laptop, psp and others, without charger, without box, without receipt, and such, they are most likely stolen stuff. Some time my friend scare them off acting like he knew the owner of the item, like "this sticker on the box is stick on by our shop, and it belong to our friend whowho, you thief!" and they run off. leaving the item for us. @@ |

Its possible the owner put the manual and adapter, even the receipt in the bag.
My thought is not enter into a house and stole a keyboard, I think maybe the owner bringing it to the Cyber Cafe and got stolen in the Cafe. Just being suspicious. Nothing more. |
