Try MACY and SSF. SSF is really fun to walk around, join as a member if you wish to buy their furniture or acc'y.

They will charge you for fixing them.

wat's the status of this case of the defect lorenzo tv cabinet?

My gf is planning to get coffee table and tv cabinet from Lorenzo in this recent GP Sale.

Is it worth it? Or don't buy from Lorenzo? In fact I think gonna buy the same model as the member here with defect.

Hi mate, I would like to share my personal experience for product from Bext Lxxing Dexigx Sdn. Bhd. (LXRXNZX).

My parents have bought a set of Full Leather Sofa from LXRXNZX Showroom, Seremban on September 2009 and provide 5 years warranty which stated clearly on their warranty booklet with term and conditions applied [refer to LXRXNZX WARRANTY].

Last month, I have written a complain letter via email and phone call to LXRXNZX Showroom, Seremban on 10 December 2011. They have promise will arrange their delivery service after Chinese New Year (16 Feb 2012), unfortunately Bext Lxxing Dexigx Sdn. Bhd. told us the sofa need to refurbish sofa foam but it not cover by LXRXNZX WARRANTY. I have try to explain with them, but LXRXNZX WARRANTY is cover the product structural only. The reason why Bext Lxxing Dexigx Sdn. Bhd. (LXRXNZX) send me a copy of Quotation of Refurbish Sofa and Dining chair shown on following:



Since the product is under warranty, how come consumer need to bear the refurbish cost? What the meaning for warranty?I am try to read and understand the term and condition through the LXRXNZX booklet, the term and condition written by English and Chinese but show in different meaning. The staff from Bext Lxxing Dexigx Sdn. Bhd. (LXRXNZX) try to explain with us the warranty is cover the product structural and keep repeating their are international company will not cheating consumer. I have purchased SOFA, if the SOFA without foam or spring can it call SOFA?? Which dictionary stated??If without without foam or spring is call 2 + 3 seating chair?? Am i right??

Moreover, I am disappointment the service and promise do not deliver as their promise and i am decide to complain through Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia (Seremban Branch) - KPDNKK [RM5 for processing fees] on last month [Feb 2012] and claim warranty from Bext Lxxing Dexigx Sdn. Bhd. (LXRXNZX). The officer from KPDNKK arranged my case on last Thursday (18 March 2012) and their showroom Manager, After Sales Service Manager [JXNE LEX], sales executive and few more persons who represent Bext Lxxing Dexigx Sdn. Bhd. for my warranty claims.

Finally, i have won the case and showroom (Seremban Branch) manager from Bext Lxxing Dexigx Sdn. Bhd. promise refurbish the foam for free and waive all the transportation fees. But the Judge from Consumer Courts [Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia] warm them, don't try to challenge the Act written on the book, if the product have any problem with warranty period, Bext Lxxing Dexigx Sdn. Bhd. must refurbish for free.

Eh, sorry, I think I gave wrong impression.
They have showroom in muar.

I got a very bad experience with Lorenzo. I bought a cabinet display and when they deliver to my house found the light is no on, and need to wait for their technician to come and fix. New unit but light malfunction.
They promise will come back to me but end up i have to call them to follow up after few days, they told me due to their manager is oversea and they unable to arrange anything until the manager come back. -LORENZO only have a manager?????
Finally the technician come over on weekday but not weekend after another week. i have take 1 day leave since its normal working day. They promise come on morning but show face after lunch. 2 guys come for 3 hours but still cant fix the problem.
And i have to call back to his office to inform them the technician couldn't repair and they will rearrange another so call more technical team.
After 1 week, they are no one call me and i have to call them, and the answer is they arranging ppl coming to my house this evening, shit no proper arrangement from LORENZO, since i'm in outstation then they will call me again to reschedule the appointment.
I totally disappointed to LORENZO, and i promise will not buy a single thing from them
1) No after sales service
2) No professional team
3) No Quality
