im a half-baked s2 senior, my understanding is that basically i think changing roms u just need flash it with CWM since its the only way i know is using cwm. generally, its better to wipe cache/partition/data (thru the cwm) before u flash a new rom, also thru cwm.

just remember to back up contacts, sms, apps BEFORE doing the above thru respective apps

regarding 2.3.5 to 2.3.3 i would take it as just changing new roms im sure its not hazardous unless some ppl here start warning you but i doubt it is hazard

i get used being ignored but i think many ppl here feels the same in life. the world has always been unfair. it was there first, it didnt owe u anything so i just get used to it (the shits of life) and be alittle bit independent. we cant complain about life because some ppl r luckier, some is bad it's just sad so its just how u deal with it that makes whether ur life is worth it or not...

one thing i dont get it about the screen protector, how can you guys install it with out any trapped bubble? last time i got the steinhill (sorry if incorrect spelling) free with my casing. tried to install it on my own, end up throw it away...

Dun use task manager widget. It is known to causes lag. Without that widget I am sure 2.3.5 will be smoother than 2.3.3 also with more updated drivers. Blue scroll cannot do anything about it.

even my home screen was total blank without any widget

anyone can recommend a good casing that compatible with sgs 2 (extended battery 2000 mah back cover) ? seems like normal casing can't fit anymore after change the back cover to 2000 mah model..

Non-G, I find on 2.3.5 the transition is kinda laggy and when you add the task manager widget the homescreen will become slightly choppy. (Slightly as in quite obviously noticable.) And the blue glow on the browser sucks. 

Good thing is they fixed the overheating issue though.

Sigh. Just download the original rom from intratech thread on XDA and flash using odin, then factory wipe.

custom rom 2.3.3? or stock?

custom roms use deodexed rom (google checkrom revolution hd, n read FAQ) coz they are easier to theme.. n hence custom roms. deodexed uses overscroll glow.. something we have to compromise to get custom tweaks..

too bad samsung wont provide changelog for each release.. tey wana user to experience themselves. one thing tey fixed in newer version... stock broswer turning blank white when changing windows (fixed)..

i tried that too, even watched some instruction videos from utube but still fail.hahaha!! 
so i end up myself at a local phone shop and buy the rm10 screen protector. even the guy struggle to remove the bubble.

i accept that installing the screen protector is not my best skill at all,haha!!

I'm still considering whether to flash or not to flash, but after using a week since I got the S2 I really can tell although without the task manager widget the transition performance decreased.

It makes me feel that 2.3.3 for S2 is like the perfect match, while others after 2.3.3 is not that "complete" if you know what I mean. 
Or maybe this KI4 is just a leaked version so I can't expect much from it.
