how do i remove account from the email or gmail app?

the current account are associate with the market therefore i could not remove from setting> accounts and sync

yes mine is rooted
i just wanted to remove the mail account from the email apps
i don mind keeping the account on either gmail or email apps

Yes because the rom you flash will overwrite whatever version you have now. Example, it does not matter your on KF1 or KH2 when you flash KI4 custom rom you get KI4.

which one should i get downloading for my very first custom rom?

do i need to flash the kernel first then only rom?

I think my phone is telling me to flash new rom
Connection problem on stock rom
need to turn flight mode on and off for the connection workinf properly

dl asphalt 6 when trying to play the game screen go black then auto quit the app?

Yeah this one got no issue so far. The one last night gave SOD. So far running smoothly. I find it is smoother than androidmeda 2.3

Re-download the new final 2.1 again from xda. The previous one was problematic and was removed.

yea agree with the market problem some just show downloading but unable to start

i had enable usb debugging mode
and enter the following to terminal emulator to backup efs
