you should take this medicine called motilium available at all pharmacies basically you take one pill after your meal when you're feeling the cramp you will feel better instantly and after using it the first time i've never had period cramps again since although i think i will get cramps this month as i;ve been feeling a lil bloated so im gonna go stock up. it really works

better than the pink pill as when i take the pink pill it will hurt even more for 5-10mins then feel very sleepy so i don't like.

i heard taking painkiller for menstrual pain is not good? is it true? can cause mandul?
there is no scientific evidence. but of course it is not good to rely on medicine each time.
Share some ideas I read from online articles.
Regular exercise may help prevent cramps. Get enough rest. Drink plenty of water. Eat well to help protect against cramps:
- Avoid salty foods.
- Have green, leafy vegetables or take 500 mg. of magnesium, each day.
- Have whole-grain cereals or take vitamin B complex — especially B6, each day.
- Include a tablespoon of fatty acids — such as cold-pressed olive oil — in your daily diet.
FOODS THAT ARE BAD FOR MENSTRUAL CRAMPS:
CAFFEINATED BEVERAGES
Caffeine can be found in teas, coffee and soft drinks. The caffeine can increase tension as well as constrict blood vessels, which can worsen menstrual cramps. The oils found in coffee can also irritate the intestines.
ALCOHOL
Alcohol acts as a diuretic and can cause you to retain water during your period. This can worsen the menstrual cramping by leading to bloating as well. If you do drink, you should limit yourself to only one to two servings of beer or wine a day.
CHOCOLATE
Although you may have chocolate cravings during your period, you should limit yourself to only a small amount of sweets. Chocolate contains caffeine, a substance that can worsen your cramps.
RED MEAT
Red meat contains substances known as arachadonic acids. According to an article on the "Fitness Magazine" website, arachadonic acids have been linked to the stimulation of prostaglandins, the chemicals that cause menstrual cramps.
DAIRY
Milk, cheese, yogurt and butter should be used sparingly if you are trying to get rid of your menstrual cramps. These products also contain the cramp-inducing arachadonic acids.
SALTY FOODS
Foods high in salt can cause you to retain water and should be avoided if you suffer from menstrual cramps. Foods high in sodium include chips, processed meals, table salt, fast foods and Chinese food dishes, like General Tso's chicken and lo mein. When preparing meals at home, eliminate the salt from recipes and use fresh herbs and pepper to season dishes.
