Yes I did brought some of them to the vet and spay. But the doctor charge quite high although we mentioned that they are strays. Any cheaper vet recommended here?

last deworm was 3 weeks ago.

did you feed it with rice? rice makes cats bloat

they are not eating any rice, they take dry food ProDiet for kittens.
btw vet visit postponed till this wkend.

maybe ur cats no like food u give them? try change brand/flavour? if wanna feed them wet food, just do it once a week.

I've been changing brands a lot actually.
The problem is i think they hated the 'hard' food.

Cause when I feed them wet food, eat like no tomorrow.

Any reason on once a week only?

smelly breath n weakens the gum. teeth n gum no exercise munching on hard stuff, long term rosak

wet food is actually better for cats because cats in general don't drink a lot of water and the moisture content in wet food makes up for that. you are correct that it usually results in smelly breath, but I don't think weakened gums has anything to do with that.

Cats should have their teeth brushed daily anyway, and their teeth professionally cleaned once every three years.

help! my kitten still poops on the floor even though i already bought a litter box...how can i make her do her thing in the litter box?
this morning the first thing i did was clean the deed she has done..not a very nice thing to do to start the day

doc prescribed another med for ear mites & also deworm and yes, they poo worms this round. guess the bloated belly are full of worms. the last deworm session wasn't effective.

this one you need to spend some time.usually 30mins after feeding, I'll watch them like a hawk. any sign of pooing, I'll bring them to the litter box to let them do their business. a gentle pat and prise after they did it. repeat 2 more rounds, they'll usually get it. on top of this, i'll put the litter box exactly where they poo.

at first i thought that it's instinct that they'll poop if there's sand since they cover up their stool...guess mine is not a normal one hehehe

i'm tempted to say, u demo first poopoo in the litter box, maybe ur cat will follow suit.

but, on a serious note, i think u need to wait for him to do his business. just when he's about to unleash his poopoo, u grab him n put him in the litter box
