Good idea friend, I might just do that. Look, I'm not condemning all of Nokia Centre's staff or management, just that this issue is making me grieve unnecessarily. If they do a thorough test; bring my phone on the road and activate Nokia Drive, they can see the what the problem is. But I understand, maybe they got their procedure on testing or what.

You must understand they dont repair only one phone there have repair many phones a day maybe when he test it works fine then when it gives u to u it didnt work. Best you do a video and show them the real issue. Just imagine everyday numerous customer make similar complaints this cannot that cannot but when send to NCC they find out there no issue. So best you recreate the problem and show them so they understand

sent it again to NCC OU. this time, I used GPSInfo to record the reading on my Lumia 710 and my fiancee's Lumia 800 and snap pics of both. Then I showed it to the NCC's complaint receiver. And they decided to replace the GPS receiver in my phone; maybe because it's the 2nd time I send my phone and also they got a clearer picture of my problems.

Whoever has the same problem but find it hard to explain to NCC's personnel, you can take this pics and explain to them:



As you can see, my Lumia 710 only has A-GPS but the Lumia 800 has full GPS, so it is hardware error. These details were taken on a clear sky, where I stand around almost 30 mins with both phones on hand.

everything except the earpiece volume.. you can only adjust the earpiece volume when in a call...i believe the max volume is 10...

haha..which means i hv to increase the volume back everytime i stop my game! no wonder i missed so many calls....

yeah can be a problem....solution is to just mute the game music

i kept telling them i wanted the GPS unit or motherboard or receiver changed and showed them your pictures and everything in the end he just put "GPS problem, nokia drive not accurate" on the work order.....i really hope they change out the part or really fix the problem or else

dont angry before leave try it then and then. Worse tell them wait u immediately walk out centre try immediately. If cant return it immediately say you been here many times already.
