That simply means windows phone is not suitable for you. I mostly fill my time chatting on Facebook, msn, texting on my wp7 I even bough some app aka carbon and fruit ninja. If u calculate back it cost like only rm6 when u can afford phones rm999 and above wats rm6? The depreciating value of your phone in the next few months will be even more than the value of the apps u buy. Next is wp7 is new in Malaysia it still take time to tweak and adjust to suit our country.

No matter how you boast about iOS and android u still can't get wp7 experience out of the box.

Yes the newer phones like lumia does but just it takes a little longer so to improve lock time you have two choice

1. Get gps lock before u enter the car
2. Use a-gps

repairs only at nokia care centre if you go to any nokia store they will direct you to nokia care centre

let me teach u what to do?

Step 1 Find someone using Nokia Lumia 710 then record video showing whether their phone can get a gps lock.
Step 2 When u send to NCC this time show them the video and then show them your phone if best do a video as well.
Step 3 that will resolved your issue and please specify you want it to be working like the video.

I dont own a 710 so its harder for me to assist but it works fine on a nokia lumia 800 if best u can get a few friends using 710 having the same issue to go together. Nokia do not do one to one replacement.

You must understand they dont repair only one phone there have repair many phones a day maybe when he test it works fine then when it gives u to u it didnt work. Best you do a video and show them the real issue. Just imagine everyday numerous customer make similar complaints this cannot that cannot but when send to NCC they find out there no issue. So best you recreate the problem and show them so they understand

dont angry before leave try it then and then. Worse tell them wait u immediately walk out centre try immediately. If cant return it immediately say you been here many times already.
