u can reset it by going to settings > about > Reset

Oh since my phone is empty currently so its okay to reset right?

according to newspaper, earphones + office is free at Nokia Store.

Promotions ends once all earphones + office is given away..


I Wonder if they just sell the earphone.

i just realise two of my friend actually working with nokia,so i ask one of them give me a try with lumia 800.
to be honest,once i get into the hand for few second,i already decided not to get it(if compare with omnia 7).
at last i sell black lumia 800 to another guy there for RM1350(orange umbrella as well),and i keep the white headset,mouse and backpack
