i agreed that really suffering when we buy things at this shop.most of the staff's face is look like shxt and even not polite at all........why there got so much this kind of staffs?it is ashame!!!!!!!!

Thundermatch is not bad la...don't know about low yat but the guys I dealt with a few months back at the pyramid branch were pretty good and polite. Thundermatch staff at pyramid quite good. But for sri comp,diff story. I bought some stuff from there, sometimes the staff good, sometimes pretty lan c. Last time I bought a pair of speakers from there, the guy let me listen to all the speakers should me a couple of models and even waited for me to make the decision which took a while. But just recently, went to ask for casing, standing for about 15 minutes looking for someone, I guy sitting at the desk doing nothing, when I asked him he buat muka semacam only.

all customer refer to the lyp branch lah.

Mind as well file a report to the consumer right department (or something). b****ing around here is not gonna help to solve ya problem. It might as well set a thread listing which shop/company has the best/worst reputation as refrence to other plps who visit this forum.

I have a story to share about from SRI COMP also.. Last saturday i went to low yat to buy UV CCFL.. I walk the whole lvl 2 and ask more that 6 to 7 shops about this item and all shop say there didn't sell.. And then me when to the SRI COMP shop. I go in find the UV CCFL but i couldn't get that item. Then i saw that item was display so i ask the worker.. (malay staff) "Bang.. Ada jual UV CCFL tak, then he reply TAK ADA" then i say WTF i think is loud enough to here between me then he went off. Then i go ask other staff (malay also and this staff quite good and friendly) i ask him again "Bang.. Ada jual UV CCFL tak? saya nampak display ada tapi staff lain cakap tak ada. Then he guide me go and show where it is and show me which 1 is better. then i say "Ada Warranty dan boleh test? then he Reply warranty ada seminggu. Then he call me go out and pay. Then i went out to the cashier and the dumb staff (that malay staff who say no that item) Then i call him to test and he went to test and show give me see.. The most funny thing is The UV CCFL is rm39 (that show on the tag price) And then the cashier type RM15. Then i also blur and looking at the staff.. then She check back the resit only know her mistake. I dunno wat SRI COMP have hired wat staff. Me jz wan to go to SRI COMP today to buy UV fan and ANother UV CCFL. But some people told me that shop have many unsatisifed customer. So that i think izit have other shop that sell UV CCFL and UV fan? ANy shop from LOWYAT which have still this item?

Think that shop juz hired bunch of zombie workers...Slow, dumb and stink.

ignore them. i use go there belek2 buka n when their staff come just walk away.

dun buy thing from Sri Computers.Last time i went there buy an altec lansing speaker.They took me an old stock so i requested for a new unopened box.Then the worker face showing baad sign,like hate me so much.Sucks....
Better go buy thing at All-IT on lvl 3!
