Thundermatch is not bad la...don't know about low yat but the guys I dealt with a few months back at the pyramid branch were pretty good and polite. Thundermatch staff at pyramid quite good. But for sri comp,diff story. I bought some stuff from there, sometimes the staff good, sometimes pretty lan c. Last time I bought a pair of speakers from there, the guy let me listen to all the speakers should me a couple of models and even waited for me to make the decision which took a while.
