Kasi bakar!! Cakap (price list) tak serupa bikin (quote higher than pricelist) punya shop.

sricom is total bleh!..the workers are not just unfriendly they're RUDE..my opinion to my friends is always:

go to sri com and see their displayed items..buy from somewhere else..

my bad experience:
i was looking for Abit's NF7-S at that time...i knew it was rare but i still checked around low yat la..so i went to sri com...i ask nicely whether they still still have abit nf7-s ..the fella replied "where got ppl still buy socket A board one...if u still using socket A ur system might as well throw away and buy new one la" then i said "i wasnt asking for your opinion" then he reply "abit board dont have la..you stupid wan meh...find the whole world oso not selling adi la..so old board oso nobody want to use la"..VERY RUDE...what kind of service is this..
(in the end i bought my NF7-S v2.0 from IMBI plaza coz low yat really nomore)

pls calm down, i will froward all complaint to the supervisor there tis saturday.

Haih, orang macam ni pun ada .Probably because regardless of whatever they do to customer and potential customer, there is always someone else that will come and buy things from them, so they don't really care.

Sri Comp.....

Sad.. sad... some of their staff really make me angry. Service to the customer very bad n lousy. Wan to buy stuff from them but some of their stuff pretend like very busy and treat me like a "invisible" . Wat kind of attitude lar!!! If wan to hav loyal customer,then better treat the customers nicely k.. But after a few times of sad and unhappy experience, now dun buy from this shop anymore. Better buy from robyncom or Thundermatch. Their staff is friendly. I'm not trying to be bias right here. I'm just telling the truth

tell me, just tell me who is the one who treat u like tis?
china or malay?
i also cannot tahan & believe really got tis thing happen, tis is too far.

I also hav probs with them.....WAnted to look at the casing on top of the shelf.
So i asked the worker to help me...He said he was busy n ask me to wait a while....
So i waited..n waited...then i asked another worker the same thing happened....at last i saw one of the worker at the other end of the store dunno doing wat....(look like lepaking) as though like he forgot.....so i went to another shop n buy....

This shop sucxs.

This shop is only the exhibition ground. Go there to see and buy from other stall.

Bad experience many times...today go and tomorrow go, same item selling at different price. LIKE STOCK MARKET.

Ask them what is the different between normal kingston and elite what is the different. they said same one. WTF. After research through net and friends only know the speed is different. I thought a sales promoter is suppose to know about this.

ya, some of them very rude. Bought a cpu clip from them, asking confirm about the clip izzit for socket 478.. the way he reply is grrzzzzz...... lucky i was a nice person, still able to say "thank you" but in my heart is "(#*&$(#*&$#

sri comp more than sux.

They frisked my fren who brought in stuff not from them, and ask for receipt. My fren brought a PSU to claim warranty from another shop, luckily that time he got a receipt. Otherwise we will have a big hooha. The guard at the door assumes that all items people carry belong to Sri Comp, as though no other shop there selling PSU.

On the same day, I went to buy HDD casing. I ask 4 staff (2 chinese 2 malay) all say they dont have such thing. THen the 5th one told me 'belakang'

I went to the section and look around. Then I wanted to open one of the items, so i ask the staff to open for me. He said "no need open, all the same"...so i asked, if all the same then why different price?..he said "brand different"...WTF?

My 2nd fren, on the same day wanted to buy a KOSS headphone. It never mention the length of the cable, so he opened it. Then kena sound also. CBK fella, my fren already wanted that piece.


End of the day: 3 customers get insulted by 7 of their staff. If I'm the boss of Sri Comp i would really be sweating like hell now.

i go Sri. i See. i Found. i Take. i Pay. i Walk-Off.

no need hassle that much with any staff. just take the goods, pay and go off. same goes to other shops.

me also like this. but i guess our situation is different because in my case the stuff is small/general (mouse, regulator, etc), not like those motherboard or display card must asked them to get for us.....

last time i used to go to sri comp for window shopping and buy things in other shops...

but after all-it-hypermarket open in lyp, i dont even go there for window shopping

heard too much complains about that shop.....

but i prefer sri com window shopping coz all it need to take out ur bag.

i'm also had a bad experaince with this shop. I bought a p4 3.0HT last last year. when i pasang it on my mobot, the CPU FAN dint working. then i ask to change it to a new one but they refuse to do so. they change only the FAN. WTF??? i donu even if my CPU already demaged or what. THEY SUPPOSED To change the whole set as in term of condition 1 week one on one.

Big store n big ass!! nice to look buy somewhere else.

i think if i sell a t-shirt with "sri comp suck" word at the back sure laku here wan i experience twice edi and i swear no more for sri comp..better other place..baikot them untill kau kau

deng...u no need say also I wont give a damn to that shop edi.

That day I accompany my fren go buy burner, the staff see us like see ghost like that, if people dunno the fella might tot the fella got PMS. Smile also dunno, talk like no eat rice. Really wonder why SRI service quality drop until like that. No eye see man.

the boss also dont care wan.
last time my friend buy hdd and spoil in 1 week.
the boss wlk around so my friend ask him,he say duno.
hav to find another staff.

u can buy stuff from there but buy stuff tat no need warranty..
other wise go there to do servey oni..
