actually sri comp is doing charity.. those youngster who uneducated, ex-kongsi gelap member, or even ex-prison is difficulty to get a job... so sri comp boss hire them lo.... so that they wont die of starving

last time me approached a young fella with clumsy t-shirt and long hair, wanted to have a look at an AGP card. i ask very politely and in fact i have cash ready to get it and other stuffs too. he said: wanna see ah? see what? what to see wor they all are same. WTF?

went to c-zone straight and they hand me the box nicely without any question. somemore gave me helpful comments and reckon me suitable ram and PSU. in the end i spent 1k there. sri com might be selling few bucks cheaper but i'm willing to pay more rather that dealing with those sh1t faces!

no doubt sri com has a lot of space to display their stuffs. basically me and frens went there to look at them then buy else where.. LOL..

avoid sri com at all cost.

Not all Sri Staff are bad okies? I got replacement 1 to 1 after i show them their products is defective i also show them specifically how they are defective

dun drown the whole boat of people just because some of them are bad....

i think u should meet the right person..but my fren there also lansi 1 la..cos a lot customer ask ask ask then just walk away quietly. if their price is expensive, at least say thanks to them la..

i personally met a lot of customer like this in my working life..(part time at toy shop)..those ppl are so S..k..so dun become those ppl la..

SRI COMP staff..?

I had been working in a bank for couple of months and to be honest 95% of the customers are merely came in to get advice.

Yet I never show any displeasure on them. In fact, I did thanks them for willing to listen to my explaination. This is what we called business ethic. You can never expected any gratitute from the customer even if you think that you did a good job advising them.

Sri Com S*ckSSS. last week, i went to lowyat with my uncle because he want to buy mobo and proc. so i go there and no one is serving me and i just stand there a few seconds and then one fat guy with long hair come and i ask him to give me see the mobo. he did bring the mobo come and then i ask him, can i open the mobo and see inside? he said just review the back of the mobo box. WTF?? you scare me rosak or steal your mobo meh? and then after a while, he ask me want to buy or not, then i have to look around first and say thank you, and then he quickly snatch away the mobo and seems unsatusfy. just fantastic their service and i hope they will stand no for long this shop.

have you guys seen the service counter at sri comp? why all the metal bars? i think it's to keep disgrunted customers from rioting at the counter when they rma

anyway like most of you here, i only window shop at sricomp or buy small accessories.

no lah, the service center scared all BSA come to spy, while RMA center was scared of sum visitors come near with dirty hand who intend to steal stuff while they busy processing the RMA item & also screw them up for their own protection.

at sri comp you have to pay before you test or even just to open and see inside those boxes

I just went there to do window shopping and some how, most of the item price in Sri Com is higher that the other shop....so, is better to compare price to the other company......
Buying thing in Sri Com is just the last last last resort.....

most of the staff working dun even got net connection lah as i had asked the staff there.
