yeah..yeah...the boss is like around 40 years old. You can see him always walking around the shop. If you ask him about something, he will always pretend didn't hear you and don't give a damn. This kind of boss is very LCLY. At least just reply nicely and get one of your staff to attend to the question lah.

There are 3 brothers managing Sri Computer. The youngest one is the boss, who always walking around SriComputer and carry a "school bag" with him. (you would not know that he is the boss in 1st sight). The eldest one is very old and bald headed. He supervise front counter, laptop department and peripherals department. It is very easy to recognise him from my descriptions, and he will always standing at the entrance of Sri Computer.

As for the 2nd brother, he supervise the desktop department near the exit of Sri Computer, where you can see PC casing displayed at your right hand side.

owh... 3 brothers is it? only now know... i always have thought sri comp is like anak syarikat / subsidaries kinda thingy...

Hahaha, i remembered my fren worked at that place for a while. he said it was sad seeing how teh technician always will tipu costumer by not including the driver CD's, extra IDE cable and stuff that comes with the box like that to the buyer. He always have to double check everthng if the buyer want's the shop to make the pc. he got fedup, quit and worked at all IT now.

really? then what they do? sell the drivers to the customers? no wonder always have extra ide cable on sale... hmmm.... your frined was technician / sales? which part he jaga?

Wah,Sri Comp cheats on customers computer parts?Nor wander the shops is full of cables.I think that is the only shop in Low Yat Plaza there selling bundles of cables.

and lack of customer services!! The male staff at there won't help u (if u're a guy) to find ur stuff and let u wandering at there. Like last time my friend wanna buy a SATA HDD power cable, a staff told him to find it "somewhere" at the corner there and that punk did nothing at there. WTF?!

But sometimes i think we don't have much choice because it's fact only the shop in Low Yat fully with cables. Between that this shop is also notorious with their services.Most of the Lowyatians know that.

they answer technical questions ----> 0%
they only know got stock juz sell ----> 100%
no stock juz say no such thing ----> 80%
no stock juz say dont have ----> 50%
call them find item? reply as find other staffs ----> 70%

but i think all seller in low yatt are sucks and rude..sombong siut..especially chinese technician(not racist is a fact)...cam bagus..lu ada ape bai degree..master..puiii...but i prefer viewnet n thundermatch..technician okla but sometime kurang ajar jugak...samela sumer...sakit hati...got other place ke than this motherf***er low yatt.....sri comp..pergh never go there...look at their staff macam nak ludah pun ade..citt...BOIKOT LOW YATT..easy maaa....kita kasi ajar sama dorang...better go stand alone PC not lowyatt...mahal sikit takpe..tapi puas hati.....experience...PC shop at wangsa maju..nice staff...want to buy tv capture card...pergh...serv like a king..ini yg kami mau....better management of LWP must do something...b4 it turn like IMBI...DEAD PLACE...

Rilek ler beb, no got lowyat, no got this site maa. there are still many stores that are good to the buyers. you just have to keep looking.

takder sampai red carpet. but there are some shops that have good sellers that don't want to rip you off. My personal favourite are Big Computer and Cycom. Both have good sellers and they will not complain if you want to see the item to make comparison.

boycott whole of LYP? hmmm.... better just be Sri Comp...

If looking for cables and stuff...Imbi plaza oso got a few shops which has all sorts of cables.

Most power line...i ask a sales guy in sri bout the difference between 2 moBos.
same brand and model, 1 stated Deluxe and the other does not have that.
i asked him what's the difference....

His reply...."THE DELUXE LOR..."

Straigh i went to c-zone and bought a PC there....
