they answer technical questions ----> 0%
they only know got stock juz sell ----> 100%
no stock juz say no such thing ----> 80%
no stock juz say dont have ----> 50%
call them find item? reply as find other staffs ----> 70%

ofcourse there are difference between DTI & DTII;
although they share the same storage size 1gb, the DTII transfer file rate is way faster than DTI as a comparison;
