last 2 days im asking for Y-molex.. he say dunt hav.. i walk a bit 6meter inside.. i pickup 2 Y-molex and pay for them at counter while im showing my serious face to him..

After going through this thread last week,and I went to LYP and saw Sri Computer shop,and I didnt even bother to ask them anything......I just walk pass the shop....I can see all the staff like LSLY wan....

maybe it is best for us to give them sumtime to improve after lot of non-stop complaint.

I suggest if you guys wanted to ask worker there...can try to find a malay boy...his age around 18-22 i think..usually he's standing at the cable section....i'm searching for a usb cable last monday..
that boy help me out to find it....also he help me to test it if the cable is suitable with my digital cam.Nice experience.

can you describe him with a little bit more physical detail please? wearing specks (obviously super mcguyver and i are trying to resolve some issues here ), big?a tall? skinny? i think he is a new staff?

but still our number of ppl still very low compare to their daily walk-in customers. they just dont care at all. and at the same time we must work hard do free advertising for them too here.

do they have branches outside low yat and imbi? somewhere in penang @ ipoh?

sri com all boss brother is at lowyat only, so dun have other branch beside KL.

i was thinking if have other branch outside LYP, i might want to check it out... how is the service... comparable or not...

i wonder y ppl still go sri...maybe becoz they see its big and lotsa staff...i think their strategy is hire as many staff as they can....so the shop looks a bit sebuk....u know la pasar malam mentality of human....

if u go pasar malam and eventually ull came across a stall tat is no ppl at all....ok try tis....u n ur fren like 3 ppl...try go there and see wat they sell..i mean jz stay at the stall....later on.....to ur suprise...more and more ppl will come and take a look....try it....

same goes wif sri i guesss.....i can say sum of the hired staff dunno a shite....i go ask sumthing oso they dunno...just sit behind counter and when u ask....dun hav tis n tat....if they see u like dunno a thing bout pc..then kena chop la u....suggest tis n tat....but then when wan claim warranty...the face...like wanna kena pijak one....if u ask too much then theyll oso give ur tulan face....zzzz...

anyway...just imagine their complaint thread is like 26 pages....lol abit par to cycom "gigi got boyfren o not" thread which is not a complaint thread lol....do the math....

hmm...for me sri is ok lor... at least my full set PC from there still fine after 2 yrs...and the staff serving oso fine lor... but... there's others wanted to complaint... juz went LYP yesterday AGAIN to exchange my stuff at Cycom, then refer to the same guy seeking for the laptop i looking for... he advised go through the laptop counter at the other site... well.. he is politely... thanks for dat ....then when i came to laptop site, there's one i think is boss and he is talking with his client tot... so dun disturb him lor... another guy were serving a couple over there, the couple were reading da spec of the laptop tot... so.. i try looking for another staff, then saw that laptop guy come over to take sumthing... of coz i grap da chance wanted to ask him are they selling da laptop model i looking for... i try get him by: excuse me... he got no respond, PRETENDING din heard of it!! WTF!! a chinese skinny guy with spec and short jel'ed hair sitting over laptop site!! i straight go away after that..

Can someone Power here invite a Spoke Person from Sri Com to come out and speak up for themselves?

Yaya, although I'm a noob here, but I had the same experience b4, I went to the counter and try ask some info about SLi motherboard, I said "can I get SLi mother board for about 500?" that guy said "what brand you want?" then I said "Asus" he replied "Asus where got so cheap one!?!?!" and somehow voice up like that, face dark like shit that.... Oh!!!!

Cannot tahan man!! Fially I got my SLi motherboard in All-it hypermarket, in comparison la, All-it punya altitude much more better than Sri man!!!

lol their reputation getting worse by the day...

Basically I prefer Cycom and All-it, their price is good before bargain, even better after bargain And they don't really pull a long face if you do a pretty long talk just to get your rig with full understanding
