i went to sri computer to buy an external casing for my hdd desktop last 2 week, i asked the guy there to get me an external casing .. he so stooopid.. he dont know what is the external casing.. i said that the one that need to use my desktop hdd desktop like notebook casing, u know what.. i saw the external casing box at his back, he dont know which one.. oklah , i said that one.. so he took and give it to me, i asked him again, how much is the max for the desktop hdd is support, he dont know and ask other guy, then he told me the max is 120GB, what the heck, i saw the box mentioned the extenal can support till 400GB..aiseh.. oklah, since the price for external very cheap, i decided to grab it. when i got home, i open the box, unfortunately one of the power supply wire was broken..wtf!!!, ok, i got an idea to connect it back , use glue and it works.. i;m so depressed with the service and product...arghh..

why not bring back kacau and fire them..?

went to ALLIT with my brother today to look for computer. Specifically asked one malay guy to test speakers( and i mean lots of speakers) for us which he kindly oblidge. Good service. Then checked around for printer again, another chinese fella explained the pro and cons and compared with another model. That's what i call SERVICE....SRI??? all their staff like the boss owe them a lot of money...

I agree with the negative comments in this thread. I have also experienced similar muka ***** from their staff and I only will go there to tengok tengok only. So far I prefer to go Robyncom since RMA is good, buy stuff you get the exact information about the item.

Another thing is that now most shops in Low Yat find unsuitable salespeople. That time I tried to find IDE - USB converter in Low Yat..went around to 12 shops, but none of the salesperson there knew jack shit...One of them even gave me a PCI USB Card. In the end, I had to go to Robyncom to ask them to point me to a shop that sells that item...Sueh

I think from now onwards, I'll go back to Imbi.

only thing about imbi is that shop/walkway size very small.

normally i go 2 shop only MyPC , Cycom (my fren work there)

other shop no need to think bcoz others not frenly thier attitude like Petaling Street VCD seller .....

MyPC the price abit higher compare others but i willing to pay more bcoz thier stuff more frenly n sometime can give me a discount if they can i already with them 3-4 years soo (MSI lohhh wut else)

if this 2 shop dont have the Item i want ..... no choice need to go others shop to buy

When buy PC, they treat u like KING.
When bring to service, those staffs is like slacky & ignorance atitude...
