last time i go Sri Com there thought want to check the Sarotech Cutie External casing i ask them can i see than the guy take the box n seem like throw the box to the table than i straight go off without seeing the box and the guys say "wut lah ask me to take n just go off like that" at last go back to my loyal shop MyPC the worker see my face say soo free wut things want to buy .... i say external HDD 2.5" casing than he bring all the model n show me

Sarotech , Vantec , Tsunami , Polar and etc ...... hehehe
than i still want to take Sarotech but thier price is RM 130 wahhh i say soo expensive then they say how much RM 110 they say ok no problem n chit chat wif me for 1/2 hour even i say maybe i want to upgrade my VGA any recomend than he know iam not buying but they take some model n show me hehe good service (hehe that time not much customer soo ok lah)

wow such a numerous amount of complains on sri comp....the first time i went there see some of their staff faces also i know they are those who gives lousy services and dunno anything.

bought alot of stuff from lowyat b4. personally for sri com, i'll just buy those cheap converter or components which are less likely to fail. as you know la. the place is nice for window shopping. a million ppl fonder with the stuffs and the staffs never check the quality of the products. most of them lepak in the shop. worse of all chit chat loud or shout at each other. sometimes i see them wrestle around.


Viewnet is the best RMA. i think its the only shop that provides 1 to 1 warrenty upon rma. Others like robyncom, ATE and Cycom were very excellent too. Sri com? nobody cares. even if they do or you ask for comparism or details. they'll say don't know and dun bother to ask the other staffs for answers

i personally think when you're trying to buy something and they misled you to other brands or component, its more likely they are trying to find victims to clear their old stocks. just my 2 cents

there r many LYP shops dont provide test before buying policy, reason is to make more sales n avoid those buyer who test for syok only, they only test the condition after the buyer paid

i'm not saying u, but thts the common rule at lyp, they make quatity, but not quality
