i personally had a bad experience wit their RMA,so nv buy expensive items fr them.

my fren buy a headphone from there also spoil in 2 weeks.
then send to fix need 2 months.

buy mouse fr forum also got waranty.

for reliable after sales service - czone.
pricing maybe ATE.
ALL IT also not bad in rma,but very slow.
high end stuff - Robyncom o Czone.

only thing about imbi is that shop/walkway size very small.

i went with my friend to rma my faulty graphic card 3 times.
each time wait abt 1 hour to serve him.
final time my friend asked the specifically for the salesman that sold him the card to screw him.
also had to wait for him to finish lunch for 1 hr 30 mins.

last time they sold monitors used in WCG.
i saw customer return and scold/shouted at them.
stil got the WCG sticker+table number on the monitor.

dont like the logitech speaker part.
all they disconnect,cant test at all.

never....
stil anti sri comp due to extremely bad service.

staff must at least have general/basic knowledge in pc stuffs.
PIC-E and AGP at least must b able to diffrentiate.

i think smiling is a big prob even in other shops at lyp.
