I agree with the negative comments in this thread. I have also experienced similar muka ***** from their staff and I only will go there to tengok tengok only. So far I prefer to go Robyncom since RMA is good, buy stuff you get the exact information about the item.

Another thing is that now most shops in Low Yat find unsuitable salespeople. That time I tried to find IDE - USB converter in Low Yat..went around to 12 shops, but none of the salesperson there knew jack shit...One of them even gave me a PCI USB Card. In the end, I had to go to Robyncom to ask them to point me to a shop that sells that item...Sueh

I think from now onwards, I'll go back to Imbi.
