I took such a long time trying out one by one because I wanted to listen to the right type of speaker I am looking for. That staff was patience and explained to every of my questions without any fuss. Guess it is just TS bad luck. Don't let a bad apple spoilt the whole basket. Just my 2 cents.

Couldn't find any SRI COMP thread, so end up posting here.
I bought Microsoft Keyboard from them 2 years ago and now spoilt already.
Can I return to them for warranty?
As I see the warranty card, Microsoft Hardware should have 3 years warranty.
So, should I straight take my keyboard to them?

mostly also cant warranty back .. i tbhink they will only said .. spoil then spoil .. get a new kb .. even it just cheap.

wow...never heard this before..personally,i think some stuff in sri comp is expensive.but they have some cheaper too.just like any other store like viewnet,jayacom.

for my experience....i bought an hdd external casing,which later i realized i want to exchange to a better model.so i asked the ppl there,and they said as long as it is still in 7 days time from the date of purchase,i can exchange with any other thing and pay the difference.but of course i cant exchange for a cheaper price,because they dont do refunds.
so at the end,i told them i wanted to exchange to a better model of external casing,and i got it!i just paid the difference.
in terms of price...all i can say is that an item can be cheap at sri comp and expensive at other store.but the item cheaper in other store can be expensive in sri comp.all we have to do as consumer just do a market research first..do survey if you really dont want to regret anything.

i always buy things from viewnet,turns out jayacom is cheaper.but then again some things are cheaper in viewnet,expensive at other store.
just do a survey guys n gals.

i nvr seem to like sri computers , bought my old computer from there , now its dead as in DEAD ..

im so nvr going there again..

i might go there next month , i purposely wanna c how bad their service is biggrin.gif

i have been buying stuff from Sri Computer for a long time, haven't really get into a bad experience before. All the staff that i talk to never really said any bad things also. Are you guys sure on this or just make up the story? They even show me around the stuff that i want to buy and test for me as well.

I go Sri Comp to buy my case fan only, nothing much than that. Coz sri comp fan's price always the cheapest in LYP this is what i know la.

haha.. if going there, i will only ask for best price with one old man (chinese man) at back counter

only him can entertain me guys.

all staff act like bosses ...and wonder how many boss got in sri comp?

Bought a PSU from them .. no satisfy, so i return it and buy another item. according to them must return within 7 days.

okay lah not bad .. but the guy in warranty department give long face loh .. ask why want to return etc .. ( but is common lah because this is malaysia not UK )

sometime is also depend how we talk to them. some sales ppl like it soft , some like it hard. always ask the sales person whether she/he understand the thing you want or not .. example : ask whether she/he understand cpu cooler or not .. if yes then only throw your question.

not all of them know everything. in my opinion.

it is true, not all know everything. one's knowledge is limited.
again, is this another "tidak apa" attitude? i mean, just ignore attitude.

example, i am working as car sales guy.
you ask, "how much is this car cc?"
i answer, "err..... i dont know"
you ask "is this auto transmission or manual?"
i answer "hmm.... looks like auto"
you ask "how about the spare tyre?"
i answer "what? why need spare tyre?"

i am working as car salesguy, do i need to study its brochure regarding this car that i am selling?
do i need to improve my knowledge about car?

hmm.gif seems one day i have to face them too with this recent attitude bcoz my LCD bought from there 5 months ago. (3 years warranty)

what a bad luck for the first timer buy pc parts.. doh.gif
