I'm not saying it's not important to be concerned about, it's just that, we deal with what we have and this is what we have, i must have like taken a thousand eggs over the past year, the only thing that I haven stop is growing, some something must be right.

I was once shopping in tesco , and I saw this malay guy, literally ran in with his trolley straight to the chicken breasts, grabbed like 15 packs and went to the counter to pay.

Hey mate, I hope you read the post for you. Non of us are gunning against you. And get a proper chiropractor not Chinese tit tar. Acupuncture and all that I won't rely on too much. Working with physios, doctors, chiropractors would be a wiser choice.

The cynex leg press machine is a good machine to do calf exercises on. Use that instead. From what I remember they don't have a platfor underneath the platform for you to place your legs, so u can go full contraction, the body solid ones have a damn thing there hence I can't do calf exercises there

I seriously don't know what the f*ck is wrong with my body, been hammering the shit out of myself, upped it to 40 minutes of cardio, a cup of carbs each meal on training days and only half a cup of carbs on non training day. And after a full month I dropped from 113.6 to 106. Pathetic 7 kg in 4 weeks. I keep wondering if my maintenance calorie is like 1.5k because I keep dropping my calorie intake but I am not losing fast enough. I even dropped my post w/o shakes to just having solid meals. I seriously don't want drop any more carbs , i'm already hungry all the freaking time. And I eat every 2 - 3 hours.

I'm going to split the cardio to 2 sessions and cut down my carbs to quarter of a cup and 160g of protein each meal on training days and quarter of a cup and 160g of protein each meal on non training days.

If in 2 weeks nothing much happens, I will go from there again.

160g of lean protein doesn't mean you absorb 160g of protein.

How much lean protein u guys eat each meal? 20 to 50g? That's not even the size Of an adult's palm. And 165lbs bw x 1.5g at the very least is definitely more than 180g the whole day.
