facing the cigaratte lighter not working anymore.
check fuse ok. anywhere i need to check again?

any idea what alarm system u all install in wira?..aiming for viper responder 350,anyone using that here?..

Added on November 28, 2011, 12:40 amto confirm,just remove ur cigar lighter and check using bulb or multimeter..there is only 2 wires positive and negative..
if u get ~12.6v(the bulb lights up),means supply is ok and the cigar lighter itself is faulty..

I`m using a year 2000 wira 1.6 AT
The other day my car broke down and one of the valve had cracked,
replaced it already.
But now im not very confident with the car for long distance drive
I travel to kl at least once a month.
Is it time to change the car as its nearing 12year, or will a overhaul allow the car to run another 3 years?

Guys, i notice my right side mirror surface is not flat...giving me a blurry image whenever i look into the mirror...any idea how much will it cost to replace the mirror only?...btw i'm driving wira 1.3M...

This can be felt when ur car cant be gear in smoothly and easily get engaged when change gear-from stationary mode to D or R gear..Try to flush or change the filter and c how it goes if ur g/box in good condition..

Mine already o/haul the g/box last 2 years but tat day time to cameron i push too hard til the g/box spoil-might be too hot and coz the clutch or smthing valve thingy inside the g/box jam/loose...haizz time to put in recond g/box...

Tot wanna change from auto to manual...but nt tat familiar with the sifu there....

Still goes strong...but is hard to let go..sentimental la...this crap car accompany me from north to central every month w/o give me a lot headache..just smtime only...

My car is 17 years old, still running strong.
overhaul and change all the worms parts, surely the car will continue serving you for few more years.

4G91 is a good engine, will give good FC. Change to manual lar, better FC and more power.

Overhaul as in whole engine or only top ha bro?
By the way my car already hit 210k mileage.

if you have the budget, better do full overhaul, so can found any other problem.

How much does a full overhaul cost?
Will it be dependable for long distance driving, max two 500km trip a month

my car will be going for top overhaul + timing belt change.. cost rm500... fuh.. there it goes my money

Full overhaul depends on what parts need to be replaced, safe to assume it might cost 2k plus.

Mine travelling for more than 3k km every month.
If you travel for 500km per trip, try to take a 10 minutes rest every 100 or 150km. Both the car and yourself need the rest.
