Today received my BDs from amazon.de. Arrived on 22 oct but only today received again it was gang rape by customs got their sticker stating being opened by them.
BTW bro Andrew does ur Trainspotting BD got 1 or 2 disc coz mine inside the case there is two disc holder but only 1 disc ??? Pls confirm for me. TQ

Ya, this is the one I got earlier at that GBP17.99 price before they ran out of stock; another very good buy from Amazon UK for 4 standard BD discs (the 3 Godfather movies plus 1 disc of extras) in a slip case.

All three cannot stop watching from beginning to end (if you have not wathced before.). Part 3 spoiled by presence pf Sofia Coppola (director's daughter, nepotism??), very unnatural acting, always pouting smile only, yuks! I think any other actress would have done a better job but luckily movie saved by Al Pacino and the rest.

Yahoo, I also got mine this morning, thanks to DHL and kudos to Amazon Canada. Shipped 25 Oct night, received 28 Oct morning.
So this Canadian edition looks the same as the normal US and UK edition. On the first disc that I tested, there are 4 Alliance trailers that you cannot bypass other than pressing the Next button repeatedly but it is a small price to pay for the low cost of the deal at CAD44.99, thanks to bro nazmanson for the sale alert. I saw Speedy selling at RM399 or RM499 (cannot remember for sure but damn expensive.)

If only i have the option to buy part I and II. haha. Actually i have the DVD Coppola Restoration. Probably will not order the BD, not becos I dont really like it, it's due to there are lots of other BD i want to own. Priority, my mate!

Jurassic Park - Ultimate Trilogy Preview.


Before I start, I like to point out, I had no idea why they seems certain people heavy complain about the transfer is to grains which became noise, is their set a problematic or TV setting problem? I had not seen any scenes - outdoor, indoor, day & night having a tremendous grains in 3 films. Everything was look fine, for my view, this set transfer is OK but not spectacular in PQ as they is some minor issue on it in every single episode.


Jurassic Park
PQ: 4 Star
- Overall seems ok but not denied they is some over sharpening edge issue on there in the entire film. If your TV set the sharpness extreme high, everything will look awful. Others wise, it still not that bad, but due to this sharpening edge issue, they is some noticeable flickering in movement surrounding the jungle.

Jurassic Park - The Lost World
PQ: 3.5 Star
- The sharpening edge issue is not here but this episode is facing softening scenes in the entire film, where on below HD quality.

Jurassic Park III
PQ: 4.5 Star
- In overall, not much complain in this episode, every scenes is in details and clear, no sharpening edge or softening scenes issue. The only less perfect I spot is the slightly color bending issue on dark scenes

AQ for the whole Trilogy
I don't own any HT but it not denied the sound is strong and I guarantee it sure mind blowing playing under 7.1 surround system. I give 5 Star for AQ.

Overall
I find it still worth to own this set, and I doubt Universal anytime soon will ever release a remastered edition. I give 4.5 Star in overall for this set.
