hmm just saw a newer samsung catalog...got 2000mah batt with cover for RM139...regular 1650mah batt drop price to RM89.

Ehh, I see it triggered my GPS. So I think it was using my GPS rather than the telco tower triangulation method.

First install samsung dive pack from kitchen

Then go settings > account and sync > add account > select samsung account.

pretty dissapointed with 2000mah battery performance. 2 hours display time, standby time 1d 18hr, 35% juice left...

Since your inside building your GPS maybe unable to get a lock and it uses telco triangulation.

Guys... There is no issue right when we are doing backup or restore in CWM/TB with a charger plug in?

TB no problem. CWM, I am not sure if you can charge batt in CWM but normally i unplug in CWM mode because I do not like to keep my device plug in when I am rebooting. Just a phobia.

I dont have any apps that i allow to sync in background. err,weird thing is when i check in BBS,only high thing was alarmmanager,and time was just 30secs,other wakelocks were just few seconds only. it was awake abt for 1 hour total in a 5 hr period

Anyone here pissed off with SGS2's default inclusion of the voice talk ( vlingo ) app which gets invoked whenever the home button is pressed ?

It's supposed to be invoked when the home button is DOUBLE pressed , however sometimes when the phone is slightly laggy , it somehow misinterprets the single click of home button as double click. Hence 6 out of 10 times i've got vlingo invoked UNINTENTIONALLY.

really really pisses me off that there's no way to turn this away other than rooting and then freezing the damn thing .

I just nesrly blew my freaking eardrums when The Killers played full max volume with extra bass headphones.

Wtf does this phone not auto adjust the volume between headphone and no headphone? Do I have to manually readjust all volumes everytime I plug/unplug headphones?

Any solutions at all?!
