The best modem for me is either KI1 also or KI4. I am using KI4 now. KI3 sucks for me.

guys, i downloaded the official DZKI1 firmware.

the thing is, my phone can't even enter download mode, or recovery mode. when i pull out the battery, and put it back in, it went straight to the yellow triangle.

if i cannot enter download mode or recovery mode how can i operate odin?

When you put the battery back in did you press the combination key to get into download mode?

yes i did. i put the battery back, immediately i press vol down+home+power button. but still it went to the yellow triangle. cannot enter any mode. i tried this since 1am in the morning. i feel like throwing the phone already cry.gif

is ur phone plugged in to power outlet of computer? if it is, plug it out, do it agn

Press the combination button and do not let got. Even the samsung word and yellow triangle come out, still don't let go. Does your phone then restart?

actually, it's more like when i hit the 3 button combo, the screen like fading, when i let go of the button it restart but immediately go into yellow triangle

Hmm. Can you verify with him it won't work as in
1) It won't clear the counter
2) It won't get you into download mode.

Cos you don't care about (1). By right it should still get you into download mode but not clear the counter as the bootloader should be a new one.
