But my previous project... Parking lot was given during booking by us, cuz da info is on our sales kit... Now think back... Not for tis project...

Very simple... I survive on commission, customer always my boss... But for part of da developer staff. Salary come every mth wit or witout sales...
So sometimes... Compare to developer staff, customer rather find us...

Surrounding here got so many project like Le Yuan, 288, Seringin, G Residence & Desa Residensi. Will it going to be over supply? If go for investment, is it still doable? Is it easy to sell or rent later? Any taiko familiar with Kuchai Lama? Appreciate their advice.

Any comments or comparison among all the above projects on pros and cons for investment? notworthy.gif

With the emerging of global financial district at Jalan Impi, which potentially attract more 200 global mnc company set up their business in the Grade A office space, i see the compelling proposition in Malaysia due to our langguage proficiency and relative low wage. Kuchai Lama is easy access to mention financial hub from Smart highway wihtin 5 to 10 mins drive journey, compare to KLCC properties which average over 1000psf, KL south areas such as Taman Desa to Bukit Jalil stretch can quite promising future, there might price stagnant due to over supply issue, however boiled down to location, in the long run, these areas set to be appealing investment for own stay and value gain. P/s : One of Greater KL ETP project Bandar Malaysia is working in the pipeline as a catalyst to significantly lift up KL south status.

I saw that there were some clearing being conducted on the empty land in front of Block B, any ideas what is going on there?? :s

Fuzzy : 936sf from rm440,000 , 1313sf from rm563,000 b4 rebate of 5%.
