Surrounding here got so many project like Le Yuan, 288, Seringin, G Residence & Desa Residensi. Will it going to be over supply? If go for investment, is it still doable? Is it easy to sell or rent later? Any taiko familiar with Kuchai Lama? Appreciate their advice.
Any comments or comparison among all the above projects on pros and cons for investment? |
