It should not take them long.They are at site every sat to attend signing.It is a standard SnP.

I think they got to get at least a certain % of people signed S n P then only they start work.... tongue.gif

Ok, I am going to BHL to sign my S&P this Sat morning. Anybody know how much rebate should I ask for the legal fees?

Haven't sign my loan agreement yet..


Added on February 17, 2012, 12:59 pmPassed by Palace Court today.. site has been totally cleared up with some sloping works done and I saw BHL's quantity surveyor walking around as well. Didn't any pics though, the fencing were too high.. haha

Oh.. S&P signed.. for loan not yet coz UOB passed my agreement to their own lawyer previously so the documents just got passed back to BHL's panel so delayed a bit lor..

What I did (not sure if this is proper guidelines though):

1. The usual legal lines I trusted the lawyer's explanation (those mandatory lines governed by kementerian)
2. For Palace Court related specs and details, cross check with your booking form and brochure (make sure unit is correct, unit specs is a per promised)
4. Make sure the floor plan is correct, 2 parking lots stated, your unit is highlighted correctly in the block plan etc, your unit price, facilities listing
5. Initial on every page, not just signing on the signature lines (I forgot to do so initially, I went back and initial it)
6. Ask whenever you don't understand lor.. hehehe

This is my first time.. so not sure if I missed anything

I got a letter today saying if I don't sign off they will sell my unit well I only got my loan approved this month and told bhl that I can only come sign the paper next month as is a join name what is this they asked me to waiting for banker and it took them 3 good month to come back to me and yet they say want to sell my unit what the f#$%%&*- I should asked them well ur company asked me to waiting for the banker to call me which took them 3 good month so I pay you rm 5k so can I take back the interest cost u are late not I am not interested but u saying that I did something wrong?? How can man
