Hi guys, just got my stamped S&P back!

Surprisingly, they actually made amendments after I signed it the other day! Is this even legally right? Haha.. but good thing is, amendments were to make it better:

1. Kitchen tiles has been revised to ceiling height (when I signed it was 1500m still)

2. They split the amenities into 2 sections. Guard house, nursery is seperated as "services" instead of facilities

3. A reading room/library was added to the facilities listing

Anyone else got theirs back and spot differences?

Hi, I am new here. I'd purchased tower A, 16th flr. Will be getting my SnP soon.
FYI, you can request the standard letter for DIBS from the developer.

What I did (not sure if this is proper guidelines though):

1. The usual legal lines I trusted the lawyer's explanation (those mandatory lines governed by kementerian)
2. For Palace Court related specs and details, cross check with your booking form and brochure (make sure unit is correct, unit specs is a per promised)
4. Make sure the floor plan is correct, 2 parking lots stated, your unit is highlighted correctly in the block plan etc, your unit price, facilities listing
5. Initial on every page, not just signing on the signature lines (I forgot to do so initially, I went back and initial it)
6. Ask whenever you don't understand lor.. hehehe

This is my first time.. so not sure if I missed anything

Did they specific the no.your carpark bay? Or highlight in carpark plan? Lawyer said The SPA only said entitled to 2 bays and no mention of location and no.

Ask them why the other panel lawyer, Michael Chen is willing to give 40% discount but he (YCPang) is so reluctant. And file a complaint to BHL. BHL assigned the panel lawyers, there shouldn't be any double standard in any issue.
*
To be fair, they are supposed give up to 30%. Anything more than that is their prerogative.Legally they are not supposed to give discount. And developer has no say in this.

Thanks for the feedback Say Chin.

My other half prefer taman view more too.. But i cling back to iconic klcc view. Regardless there might be  fs issue... My main concern is the future developement empty land fronting Palace Court.. My fantasy what if gomen decided extend monorail and build at that empty plot land. Perhaps it should most Palace Court buyer's wet dream smile.gif
