I have already received progress billing for works below ground floor for Block B (1st 10% after 10% on signing of SPA). Due date for payment is 15/02/2013.

panaroma from empty land in front of pc@kl... hopefully, bhl or some other developer will be able to revive the abandoned commercial development... as well as buy-over the low-cost flats, which i think is highly unlikely but i'm still hoping for the best... |
