hi inspirians ......

my car is about to ready to be collect from showroom this Friday, its white color 1.8M. but since the car arrive earlier yesterday, i went to have a quick look.

they did a quick wash and when i see the car it was looking horrible as in 1 year old car....doesn't look new at all....except the interior which has full of plastic covers.....

they finish wash the car and they were drying the car so i went to have a quick look. Upon nearing the car i notice something is not right. I felt the car was in stockyard for months. darken rain waters dry up in and out...... the car also has some tough stains which i try to rub using ma finger but no help. it looks slightly grey in color like faded..... can that be solve by waxing? ... another thing which makes me mad, a brand new car has 2 big visible stone chips....on rear bonnet....the paint quality is effing suxx.....

the chassis number of the car is 5 digit...i think is 123xx ....

should i not to take the car until all this thing solve? such as fixing the paint....i ask them to polish the sa say wash only.....i tell him paint chip he say will try to wash again......WTF!!!!!!

i feel wanna go war this friday.....not take the car until solve every inch of it.....

wat you guys thinks ehh.......

Since i am quite free today .. show u guys some findings about the Low/High octane fuel for 2.0 inspira ..

Basically there are 2 Fuel mapping in our ECU. one for High octane .. the other one low octane.. since it is tune for malaysian market .. i believe the low is for Ron95 and high is for 97.

How to read the map ?

Basically it tells u at what RPM ur ECU will split how much fuel compare to Air (AFR - Air Fuel Ratio) into the combustion chamber. Bigger number = leaner .. smaller number is richer ..

14.7 --> 14.7 : 1 --> 14.7 (air portion) to 1 fuel portion.
10 --> 10 : 1 --> 10 (air portion) to 1 fuel portion.

If engine run leans .. it will safe fuel, but the engine runs hotter .. gasket will crack easier in long run.

14.7 is the ideal burning, but it is not the most fuel saving. The most fuel saving should be at around 15.2

look at the chart .. then u know why poaster pun Ron 97 tongue.gif

jz go outside polish the car, new paint sure look like orange peel.
and water mark of course exist , due to store at stockyard for months, if you wan to know how many month exact , pm kenny82.

visible stone chips. i did say, accept it la, even if you get a stone chip free car, still after few days of driving, for sure 1 or few chipped paint will appear. unless you stick whole car invisible shield or park inside garage.

good luck on getting new car. driving experience beat all those small little problem. hahahaha

no problem, collect the car first, then go SC claim yourself, SA cant do that much.
and good thing about chipped paint , compare inspira to waja, my waja will get rusty, inspira will stay black only.

my headlamp also a lot chipped marks, where can find those invisible protect sticker to stick? any recommend?

bro, to be honest,

which car is not stored in open air?

unless u r not going to drive ur car, ur car eventually will get stone chips, be it BMW,MERC or even myvi

1 or 2 small chips, small matter la.

our rear lights' bottom part have quite a gap, but water wont enter.
