hello guys!
rooted my phone in just 1 try!
here's what i did:
1. firstly, i bought my phone here in KSA, so i have to update my firmware to DZKJ2.
i downloaded the firmware, odin, and the pit file.
2. then i use the older method to update my firmware by using odin. SUCCESS!
3. after that i downloaded v3 of doomlord, edit the runme file, close kies, then started the root.
4. and after a couple of minutes of crossing my fingers, DONE ROOTING!
& now that i'm rooted, i want to install the juffo custom rom. the only problem is, i dont know what to do next. would you guys be kind enough to instruct me on how to continue.
from what i've read, i have to flash the mygkernel to have CWM in order for me to install the custom rom.
how do i flash the mygkernel?
thanks!
u can use either mygkernel or superatmos kernel, both have the CWM recoveryrooted my phone in just 1 try!

to flash the kernel, download "ktool" from android market and of course the mentioned kernel above.
put the zimage file from the downloaded kernel to the root of your phone sd partition.
use ktool to flash it, immediately reboot after that.
now u can access the CWM recovery by holding vol up + home + turn on button.
from CWM u can flash any custom rom or making backup of current rom
use ktool also to backup ur EFS (EFS is all sensitive informations like IMEI number and so on)
