For those who need to manually download the latest firmware, here's the link http://www.multiupload.com/76EOEV1MD5

My SGS2 not yet root, can I use this?
If can, how I apply it?

Anyone tried HC-kTool v1.25? It's compatible with G variant. You can go save

your Efs folder in the most easiest way!! kTool also have the ability to dump

kernel of your current firmware. I'm still on DZKI1, so anyone on DZKJ2

dumped the kernel? Mind to share ........ wink.gif
@4686nicky

That is the stock 2.3.6 = DZKJ2 from Samseng smile.gif. Either you're on 2.3.5 or 2.3.6 you can root (+CWM).

Read the useful guide here

.

And after rooting don't forget to make backup of your Efs folder with kTool!

Both also can.  If u already rooted. It gives u cwm. If u not rooted it gives u root +cwm .give it a shot
Then how it root by the 2.3.6? >.<

It can root. Once u flash , the kernel only becomes myGkernel . Its compatible with 2.3.6. Of course u going to see Yellow Triangle, which u can live with or go get a USB Jig.

Added on December 1, 2011, 2:20 amAnother rooted kernel 2.3.5

Not sure whats benefit over myGkernel
*
Well, how? After I factory reset, flashed back to Ori Lastest Firmware DZKJ2, and then i straight flash with myGkernel, it is not running....any wrong?
