Able to successfully rooted my S2 using the first method after restarting my computer and phone.

Mine still fail to root? Do this rooting process requires attempt?

My phone is still connected to the laptop but didnt reboot.. can someone pls assist?

on press any key to continue...try look at ur phone..it will reconnect..after that press any key.

just flash mygkernel after u updated to 2.3.6 then everything is done. just the lil triangle on bootscreen it wont make ur phone unstable or what. (btw your phone is rooted) then just wait until the 2.3.6 ori kernel out then u can flash back to ori kernel and the triangle will gone. method 1 wasted me half day on it pfffff.

no it is not reconnecting nor rebooting. i wonder why. i followed all steps...

any idea?

have u enable USB debugging mode?

yes, i did. im now trying the version 1 RUNME.bat but still cannot. The phone just wont reboot. Weird.

erk..wont reboot i donno y....i try 2 time..2nd time i wait reconnect then press enter..success..

maybe you can paste your CMD massage here, and we see where the command stop. Have you try restart your computer and phone than do the rooting process.

As mine for 3 attempt i restart my pc and reboot my phone, than successful rooted my phone

have anyone tried the v2.1 version of the custom rom ?

my phone is stuck at the boot screen the one with the triangle!

hopefully i had a cwm backup from mygkernel!

btw i only installed mygkernel do i need to have other stuff to make this rom work ?

Juffo's custom ROM v2.1, the only changes is the multi languages.

change log:
2.1:
support menus multi languages
support keyboard multi languages

Not worth updating.

i haven't installed any of the previous versions, and i do need the multilanguages support since i need french menus

It is common to download the latest versions if you havent flashed any versions before.
Its just not worth the update for us who already have it.

i also having a same prob... after few time take photo it will heng up my sgs2 i9100G
after restart all my desktop blank don't have any apps at my screen..!! but in task maneger all mu app still there...
after few minutes al become normal but my cam showing camera fail..!! OMG pls help me..!!
