ah...will bring my modem to my school tomorrow so that i can flash to open wrt easier (without having to do the ics thing, yes im lazy yohh~  laugh.gif )
well....it does not dc....it just...not working, i see on status it shows that its connected with ip and all, but internet is just not working....
changed the configurationa lready, now like this:

[attachmentid=3138351]

full 240V fan blowing directly to the modem with cold Jeli mountains wind....weather here never reach 25'C day or night  brows.gif  brows.gif
i might change the location of my router so that i could plug in the modem directly to the router....but later to drill the wall and all lah....will do after school tomorrow...life as a teacher is very hectic especially coming to the end of academic year...and summore my computer lab will be getting 26 sets of new pc, so i have a lot of paperwork to do in these 2 weeks...haihhhh  flex.gif  flex.gif

of course direct Lan cable always beat wifi notworthy.gif

if u off the wifi and using Lan cable alone, u might see some speed improvement brows.gif

that's too long,..

if your router too far from your computer,

too long lan cable is strongly not suggested,

instead you should try Powerline Lan adapter notworthy.gif

Either you bought Low Resistant Cable or homeplug. But im using homeplug , cause Skybx need stable internet connection. Wifi not so stable even only 1 meter distance.

For Power adapter, you might use this type. Make sure the Fan Amp are lower than the Adapter.
More easier & dont have any kids in your home, go to Pasar Road, buy a 220/240VAC Cooling Fan + 3 Pin Plug.

The high CFM are better.

still like V1, V1.3 compare V2

with openWRT. no need so much time to boot up. 20seconds enough to Online
very like openWRT since now.

about cooling, really need buy extra fan.
using those RM14.90 fan at All IT hypermarket. really worth.

anywhere, V1.3 with openWRT still the best so far

totaly agree , love the V1 still,

V1 still the best for me

no wifi issue, no delay issue, no request time out issue,

fast start up, fast Auto reconnect, Fast dial modem after start up in 5 second , less buggy, no more modem bin file need for better performances,

as for fan wise, my modem need it for cooling so just blow at both together icon_rolleyes.gif

and speed is super consistent + Panel antenna, result = biggrin.gif
