Can we use 2g data only on sensation?

I read up some articles stating that our processors are running on asynchronous processor,is that true?If so is Sensation is the only phone that runs on this type of processor in the mobile market aside Evo 3d?
I just tried underclocked my phone to minimum 0.12Ghz and maximum 0.3Ghz and the UI still smooth ,of course not so smooth compared to normal clock speed,something like my old Milestone perhaps.But when it comes to gaming (Angry Bird Seasons) I noticed the performance is far better than the milestone,is that because the other processor is running due to increased workload?In other words,I have not fully underclock the phone?

On the other hand,I tried my friend's Galaxy S2,when I underclock it to 0.3Ghz the phone is almost freezing,freeze in Launcher pro and almost everything.Even when I scroll the menu it freezes,so does that means that both cpu were clocked in this case?

go to setting then search for mobile network and set it as gsm then u will have your 2g network..correct me if i'm wrong

Sensation dual core processors are not running parallel at all time. Cpu0 is running as default and cpu1 will kicks in when the load hits the treshold. There is script available for forcing the second core running all the time but users feedbacks are not so significant improve of performance.

So normally when does the phone kicks the CPU1?I always wonder,Im sure CPU1 comes in to play when we are having heavy games,how about internet browsing.flipping homescreen with heavy widgets?

early next year dude!!

Try RCMix v8 not v9, Silky smooth, even with live wallpaper + calendar, email, and all the heavy widget. ARHD is good too, smooth, RCmix smoother though(for me, my phone). ARHD's Data speed is fast though 2x faster than RCMix.

Better wait for ICS official upgrade from HTC lol...

Don't have to worry, the other day im using stock rom and kernel, I open Facebook, twitter, e-mail, whats app, xda, and browser at same time, open my task manager all the apps were there, got 60mb left, still smooth jumping from apps to other apps

At least it's confirmed.

Don't worry about the grip of death, unless you have a weird hand, and you can't hold your phone properly. lol

Btw, HTC Rezound, is it new?

I've problem with calendar reminder in my sensation. Whenever calendar is popup, there are 2 options : Snooze and Dismiss.

However, whenever i chose Snooze, i will never get the reminder again.

With snooze you suppose to get your reminder back within 5 minutes.. but after 5 minutes no reminder at all.

Anyone face this too ?

setting mess-up... go change again at the calender option...

i dont seem y must go upgrade frm ori sensation to xe, xl, rezound, vigor n etc....

storage 32gb + 1gb internal is vry sufficient for me....
battery can buy anker 1900mah x 2 for $23 if like RM 71 + Free shipping..
processor, just S-Off n overclock it. thats wut i doing now....

dont like stock, can still flash custom rom.....

for the android 4.0 i post like super long time ago... sure they upgrade since samsung will do it by this year for their SGS II.. in order to compete....

for those cracking sound, put some paper = nice n fit.....not until bulky...
for those screen enter dust, i dont how it happen or how u all using it, just buy a cheap screen protector cover it....
this happen with my old nokia E71, the screen protector peel off den the dust starts to enter, dont know why...

in the end 2 yrs warranty, just go keep on change it ...thats the purpose of warranty fcuk yeah !!

How to prevent dust from entering it ?? I mean the screen.

It shudn't enter. If it does mean factory defect.. Send back to Sis for a new replacement
