Do you know exactly where or how can i register for that plan?
*
You must be on their business Huan Xi line first then you have to fax in an official letter stating that you want to have that plan activated. Even that RM99 seems a little too much to ask from customers comparing to other operators.

most of the custom rom also running with cpu0 as default, cpu1 will kicks in when cpu0 hits the treshold. there is script to force both core running all the time but no significant improvement in terms of performance and battery life, so.. why stress the cpu1 to stay online while it has no work to do?
*
Okay which means there is no need to flash other kernels right?
Another questions,do you recommend me to scale it on demand or smartass(I dont know whats that) ?
So the kernel for Leedroid is the normal one where both work at different speed?

So if i do that then the account will be under the company then? There's no way a private home user to get it?
AFAIK it's the only truly unlimited data plan ,right? If so then RM99 is cheap IMO,

hey mate, you got to be clear with ROM and kernel. you cant live without either one of them. from the explanation from faux, you'll understand better different governor's behaviors.

fyi, each rom developer will bundle with either stock kernel or custom kernel. end users has the option to stay stock, or to try other custom kernel to suit their preferences.

for lee's current official kernel (v.4.2) and v.4.4 beta, it is not running both cores simultaneously. you can achieve both cpus running via script / system tuner pro. there might be some other ways to force cpu1 online thou.

Kernel write up posted in the link is credit of faux123.

Yeap, you need a company to register to that package.
Digi only RM68. Maxis RM99 more expensive by RM31. hmm.gif
Quota how much I'm not sure and not completely sure if Maxis still provide the RM99 unlimited at the moment. They do the last time I asked but ended up taking only 500mb plan instead of the RM99 unlimited for both my parents cause they don't really use it. Just to prevent any additional charges when they use some apps like CNN and stuff. nod.gif

Negative for me... LoL
people been complaining about the screen in the dust which never occur to me..
people been complaining about the cracking sound, which also happen to me but I DIY some paper on the back and fix it...
battery wise, so far so good but think going to upgrade or buying a power bank.

and RM 99 for unlimited data is crap... nowadays lots of telecommunication also unlimited data. but no people read the terms and conditions. IF YOU USED MORE THEN 3GB, the connection will slow no matter what crap. SO no point of using so much. in terms, depend on house, old town coffee shop or Starbuck WiFi is much better.

So far been testing network.... Celcom speed is the best but sometimes and certain area will crappy. Maxis stable but FREAKING EXPENSIVE. DiGi freaking cheap but the connection is BULLSHIT ! So far 1 GB is more then enough for me.

What say you?

Even on Digi if you do not have a plan and you use data network, it won't stop as well. A friend of mine hit more than 2k thanks to Digi staff forgetting to send in the application for data plan. doh.gif But if you have plan on Digi after exceeding, throttle speed. On Maxis, after exceeding charge at normal rate, that's why have to be very careful. Maxis only have one unlimited data plan but limited to Business registration only. RM99 a month unlimited. doh.gif
wahh.. owhh okayy.. but i heard maxis has much more stable line compare to digi rite =].. okayyy. thank youu btw. so the best could do is download the apps from market and watch how much we use every day uh =O?

I working at Maxis before [quit this year at august]. They already implemented the unlimited data usage with quota of speed. Again as I said before, you can use but when it reach exceed 3GB quota, it would not charge you for extra but instead low down your downloading speed. If you got the case if you exceed 3GB quota and charge you for the extra usage this is because their blardy system SUX big time. They won't invest on better system but upgrading with SUPER lots of bugs and errors.

This also applied to Celcom but not the system as they already set the method long time ago unlike Maxis. So if you travel a lot use Celcom (serious good) because the price and internet is balance. If you rich go ahead use Maxis which is much stable. But if you stay in KL or major town with low budget allocated for your call bills, use DIGI.

p/s: I not promoting Celcom although I just change from Maxis to Celcom for 3 months. biggrin.gif

I'm currently using Hypersensation v1.0F,basically it's just a themed and slightly tweaked CM7 Alpha10 so performance is roughly the same on both.720p video recording is working fine but 1080p still doesn't work.

Oh,i thought that plan is still truly unlimited like last year.I've been eyeing it for some time as with Celcom right now i need to try connecting a lot of time until a can get an IP with HSPA speeds ,if i just connect straight away i'll only get UMTS speeds [using the Weekly Broadband with a postpaid line] sweat.gif
Is there any tips you can give on how to get HSPA speeds all the time? brows.gif

Just to check with you, if for Maxis 500mb plan, after exceeding does it mean only throttle? But Maxis stated charge at normal rate last time.

take ur hp n dail *#*#4636#*#* -> phone information (scroll down) -> drop box select WCDMA ONLY -> scroll up n press run ping test. done

warning some if ur network phailed is because some area not strong HSDPA or far from tower, so select both is the best.

hi, everyone...I'm considering to change either HTC Sensation XE or XL as my next phone but I need experts here to advice which is more preferable and more worth to get it. I personally like Sensation XL body and its camera as it has aperture f2.2 to produce better photos...and for XE, it has dual-core 1.5Ghz processor, expandable memory....Dunno how to choose...<headache> doh.gif doh.gif

Need advise please......... icon_question.gif notworthy.gif

Thank you.

I'd put it like this
Hypersensation>CM7>MIUI since the tweaks done are actually quite useful.
In terms of snappiness, the stock kernel isn't as snappy as the Bricked Kernel or faux123's Kernel.I downclocked my phone down to 1.0GHz using Bricked/faux123's kernel and it still is noticeably smoother than the stock CM7 kernel running at 1.2GHz.Compared to Insertcoin with the CPU at 1.5GHz it is still better while using less RAM. brows.gif
