hey guys, is it normal for touchwiz 4.5 to always auto rearrange app drawer in alphabetical order after reboot?

Sometimes have problem of it getting the correct setting at boot. Plus daemon got no I/O and UV control.Edit: My opinion, daemon is not user friendly. Which is why alot of cooks have removed daemon. Guys, some answers needed. What is the relationship between baseband, kernel and ROM? Is S2 memory card hot-swappable? Does car charger with 1A rating can used safely for S2?
