If using mobile internet, supposed must be in Hotlink profile. If using Maxis Prepaid Broadband(modem), must be in Broadband profile. I kena before when I couldnt online using Internet Hot ticket in broadband profile.
But...... dont simply2 change for sake of changing, got problem then only change. The above was solution from customer service when I called them about hot ticket. I use hotlink profile for mobile internet on my N9 cos on the default profile(broadband) I couldnt online using 3G
If tak jalan call customer service : 1300 820120, go to Maxis Centre ask, etc,etc
