It's your decision. I'm not influencing you.
I'm stating the fact.
Those auditors are human; they may overlook too.

Anyhow, I should say that PRS annual statement is a consolidated statement which doesn't break to contribution year.
The consolidated statement only breaks down to PRS provider and Fund level.
For tax relief purpose, you should use the annual statement from the PRS provider/fund house.

tax deduction for PRS should follow the annual statement ie how much you contribute in that particular year. tax deduction also follows a particular year. never heard of retrospectively deduction though. keep us updated though.

Got. Never buy based on PRS provider. Always buy based on fund manager skills and your risk tolerance.

Just wondering this can yearly interest or just rely on the increase of the fund unit price?

PRS funds is also a unit trust funds...Your unit trust investment return refers to both income and capital growth where:

Income return arises from dividends earned on shares and capital gains realized on the sale of shares. The distributions (if any) will be declared at the end of each financial year and will be distributed to investors based on the total units held at the end of the fund’s financial year. The distributions will be paid to investors by cheque or reinvested on the investors’ behalf as per the distribution policy in the prospectus.
Capital growth arises from an increase in the value of the shares in the portfolio. Investors who sold the units at a higher price than the amount purchased will realise a profit and similarly investors will experience a loss if the portion of the investment sold is less than the purchase price.
The rate of returns depends on the fund’s performance. If the fund makes little or no profit, it may not pay out any distribution.

Please note that past performance, past earnings or distribution record of the Fund are neither a guarantee nor an indication of the Fund’s future performance, earnings or distributions.

for those new on Unit trust funds, and are interested to know more; can refer to this FAQs....

Ok,I just top up another RM3000 into my CIMB PRS thru cimb click due to recent price drop on global issue & found out the sale charge is actually 1.5% for this time.

The CIMB Asia pacific Class A supposed to come with sale charge 3%. However since I bought it on 5 years ago, it always come with special promotion sale charge vary from 0%-3%. Anybody manage to find out the promotion sale charge TnC ?

In terms of performance over the past ten years, I believe It's :

CIMB-PRINCIPAL PRS PLUS ASIA PACIFIC EX JAPAN EQUITY - CLASS C
