Hi guys,

Went over to sign the S&P over the weekend and stumbled upon something very peculiar and Im surprised nobody has raised it up yet. So here goes:

Backstory
Purchase is for Block B which is the phase 1 launch facing the pool/highway.

Story
Floorplan unit layout as indicated in the S&P shows (if you're facing from the highway) unit numbering from left to right, 12-11-10-LIFT-9-8-7. However in the building unit layout plan in the same S&P shows the unit numbering is from 7-8-9-LIFT-10-11-12. So in simpler terms, if you bought a unit in the west wing you will end up in the east wing if you follow the building layout plan. Now I've got to look for the person in charge to clarify this with him.

Hi...do your lawyer told you when can take back your copy of SnP? Base on info provide by bro who post few page ago is mid Dec.
I wonder is this will deliver on time or will drag until Jan 2013...

as I checked with legal firm..... Currently pending developer sign bk the agreement.... Which most likely receive by end of the month.... Meaning most likely will drag over to new year...

I just called lawyer office this morning, they said early January. I am really frustrated and tired of all of this right now... last month they said I can get first week of Dec or mid of Dec, but now they drag to early Jan pulak.

I say it will be dragged. I myself haven't sign the S&P yet also =). How to sign when they give me the wrong unit?

Actually this is my first time buy a house, so what will be the cause if we are late receiving our S&P?

i just signed bank offer letter,, SA told me signing SnP on next month..
maybe the new 2013 SnP is different,,? =\

Guys anyone ... What if i'm about to purchase this property , How much is it can i still get all the freebies with the Discount as well from the developer . I dont want to buy it from agent

I am quite sure it wont be ready by Dec this year.

Year end...ppl a lot moods: X'mas mood, New Year mood, Increment mood, bonus mood, CNY mood, Valentine's day mood...
Working mood is not in the list, so slow progress is in the expectation.

I quite agree what lim said here...With this developer "nice" past record, it may be happen.
But this is still OK as long as the developer finish the project on time (3 yrs after the stamping date) and deliver quality product to us
Let pray and wish everything will go fine although will got expected slight delay

What I feel convinced is the progress of the site as of now. I do not want to get my SNP signed, receive on time and keep nicely in the safe but eventually saw kids playing kite and gasing on the site lor...

Nobody will runaway people's SNP I guess. So the paper will still come, no "run chicken" de... If after CNY still silent like home alone, they siap.....

I made another follow up this morning, talked to different staff and she said it will be ready in two weeks time. Different staff give us different message, and all crap!

M not sure wouldnt the agent mark up the price ? Any idea how mush is it going for now?

I don't think so lah bro.

Since the developer have so many projects and each of it so many units, doubt they need to hire so many sales staff to sell for them , therefore, they seek for agency outside to marketing for them, pay as you sell deal. Com basis and no need bother the monthly basic salary.

I don't think the agent will mark up the price in the S&P where the money will go directly to the pocket of developer, not them.

Unless, they ask for additional coffee table money which the sum or amount does not reflect into the S&P price.

Bro did they update u where's agreement now? With them or with developer?
