hi all, does anyone have the drawing for the exectly dimension for the floor plan? i want it to be complete with the dimension of each room if have, so i can start to design my house.

Actually this is my first time buy a house, so what will be the cause if we are late receiving our S&P?

just check with the lawyer firm, they say the developer haven't sign the SPA yet, damn no mood now.

ya.... ask the girl and she say have been delayed due to developer execution.

tired of waiting of the SPA, wanted to take out some EPF but can't do it now
how come some of them already get SPA but we haven't yet.

i have call to developer office today and unsurprisingly no one pick up the phone, argh.....

just wanted to ask them what is the S&P process since the lawyer told me is developer side are the one who dragging the process....

little bit fed up with this kind of customer services...

have called to developer office, they say have return all the documentation to lawyer firm dy, and now is the lawyer firm PIC no pick up phone.... sad sad....

i dont think it can be complete in december 2013, cause i have just visit the site recently, they still doing pilling for block C and D, and just start do the structure for the concrete... so bro.... be passion....

ya ya... have call to the lawyer firm just now, the S&P agreement will be complete within 3 to 4 weeks, but the loan agreement still have to wait around 3 to 4 months...

Wah... only 8 unit per floor? means different from the plan dy is it? or the design will be different too?
