mine after is rm385k++, i hear the SA told me very clear of the showroom design thumbup.gif . for small family quite reasonable, with 2 covered car park.

block A pricing now rm480K++ for same level with me. icon_rolleyes.gif

Just like Taiko Chris said Koi Prima entry cost is dirt cheap and the RM/sf is lowest compared to others new project near by this is the main advantage over others. Yet The Wharf look nice but too expensive, is good to see this kind of project sell higher so it will lead others project price rise. For my opinion, because taman tasik prima near to lrt interchange and near to cyberjaya if cyber success taman tasik prima will good. The main thing I concern is the 8 lake shopping mall, does the wharf got anchor retailer? M-city hotel until now no news and also they got anchor retailer? I think either 1 will success or both fail because puchong still got Setiawalk unless IOI mall down. Honestly, I don`t really like to go IOI mall the building look ugly and out of date. Which project near river and factory NO VALUE

as i know, i been survey for koi kinrara for phase 1 last 4yrs ago. price difference update current market value around rm150k min. i'm also regret no buy 1 unit for own to invest. cry.gif

i thought join this forum can know every purchaser of KP, but seen like "goreng goreng" bad thing for discussion.

in fact, i'm already purchase this KP. what i want is stay peaceful or KP can sell fast and market value increase. i wish can let everyone earn money to buy another BIG HOUSE
