I think aleast 2weeks for the processing. U onli apply for 1 bank? Why don't u apply for others? In case ur loan can't get 90% or reject.

1st home... the SA doing for me.... but i pass the document to him more then 2week.. no bank call or sumthing..
dulan jor... i shoot SA... i say apply my owe,, then he start submit for me... waste my time collecting document for 1month++

Slow and unreliable really cause headache, you can call your agent there is others panel bank so you also can apply for others.

Is Putra Industrial Park by Tan Ming.

My opinion...the land opposite condo site should the prime park propose by Masteron, then behind Prime Park should be the industrial park. The road in front of condo should be lead to Bandar Saujana Putra.. I hope got interchange to Elite but base on masteron past record, this will be impossible unless local authority willing to do this. If the road condition to BSP make it better to drive in future is very good already.

It was referring early phase / block pricing. The RM 316k was lowest price after bumi discount.

Masteron's track record is not so good. I've a customer whom factory is located at Taman Mas Sepang. This is factory lots developed by Masteron and was handed-over without telephone line. He was so pissed off, but couldnt do anything because who knew such development came without phone line?

Hi all sifus here. May i know i have book one of the unit of koi prima. BUt after my gf see it and dun like it. I go cancel but the SA say not refundable except loan not aprrove. Is this terms is correct. I remeber when i place booking they say if you dun like can refund but charge a admin fees.
